Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement the core microservices architecture for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum computing and advanced neural networks.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural patterns across the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee data security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to stringent regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to architect solutions for complex, ambiguous problems with high performance requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
