Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- R&D Innovation: Lead the research and development of next-generation propulsion software and autonomous AI agents.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software components.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and international partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions for complex, high-stakes environments.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically about long-term trends and prepare infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
