Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable systems for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Protocol Development: Develop and optimize core protocols to ensure high throughput, low latency, and robust security in distributed environments.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready software components.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in and funding.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++ with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, qubit simulation, or post-quantum cryptography is a significant advantage.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategy to diverse audiences.
