Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 'Vision 2026' initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
