Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the research and development strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum-resistant cryptography and future-proof legacy infrastructure for the 2026 release.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, scalability, and security to ensure zero downtime and peak efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or C++; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); strong understanding of microservices architecture.
