Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems specifically tailored for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Define and enforce high-level system architecture, technical standards, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate strategic 2026 goals into technical deliverables.
- Optimize neural networks and data pipelines to ensure real-time performance and low latency.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying complex machine learning models in high-traffic production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and scalability.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
