Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 milestones and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads in researching and prototyping emerging technologies such as advanced AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market trends to pivot our product strategy and maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward experimental R&D projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex long-term strategies to stakeholders with varying levels of technical literacy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Deep technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing long-term technology shifts.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
