Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and investors
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
