Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite executives and external partners
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, white papers, and strategic roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Represent the company at international forums on future technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
