Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with quantum computing algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to the San Francisco headquarters for quarterly innovation sprints.
