Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints identifying disruptive opportunities post-2025
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market shifts
- Design and execute global trend-mapping initiatives across 15+ industries
- Architect ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI and biotech systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government policymakers
- Mentor a team of futurists while establishing thought leadership in future studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of shaping organizational futures through 2020-2025 cycles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2026+ strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
