- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D partnerships
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their industry impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
