Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Innovation Initiative, aligning engineering goals with long-term business strategy.
- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product management, data science, and UXâto prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Establish architectural standards for scalable, sustainable, and secure future-ready systems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-risk, high-reward technical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic innovation role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps ahead of schedule.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks.
