Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the overall technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to create detailed technical roadmaps and timelines for the upcoming fiscal year.
- System Design: Design scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures that can handle high throughput and future growth.
- Tech Stack Selection: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our development lifecycle.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance tuning, security audits, and infrastructure scaling to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
