Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design scalable quantum circuit architectures tailored for high-performance AI inference tasks.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms that integrate seamlessly with classical neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 5+ quantum researchers and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our 2026 product releases, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineering teams to improve qubit coherence and error correction in software layers.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil, and deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
