Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning models capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and quantum engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Optimize neural network architectures for ultra-low latency in edge computing environments.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for ethical AI deployment, transparency, and algorithmic fairness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior software engineering or machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in high-stakes production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems architecture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing top-tier technical talent.
