Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in distributed systems (Kubernetes, gRPC, Apache Kafka)
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ users
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
