Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technical initiatives leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance cloud architectures capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and data scientists to integrate AI and machine learning into core products.
- Technology Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility for our 2026 portfolio.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (3+ year horizons).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
