Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cutting-edge foresight frameworks to anticipate technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic insights to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to measure foresight ROI and strategic adaptation effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) or innovation frameworks
