Job Description
We are at the forefront of innovation, developing the 2026 Protocol, a next-generation neural interface framework designed to redefine human-machine interaction. We are seeking a visionary Lead Systems Architect to spearhead the engineering phase of this groundbreaking initiative.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production infrastructure. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring security, latency, and scalability for millions of concurrent users.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect the core infrastructure for the 2026 Protocol, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in implementing microservices and serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model inference pipelines and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior developers in advanced system design.
- Conduct rigorous load testing and performance tuning for the 2026 environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, specifically large language model deployment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and zero-trust architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
