Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for long-term system evolution, identifying critical dependencies and scalability requirements.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that can handle high transaction volumes with zero downtime.
- Tech Stack Selection: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure Chronos Dynamics remains ahead of the curve.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor senior engineering teams to maintain high code quality and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and architectural remediation during critical system outages.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Principal Architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, the ability to translate technical jargon into business value, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in ambiguous environments.
