Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead the architecture of high-scale distributed systems, ensuring zero-latency performance and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and implement emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and Neural Network optimization.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly in this domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
