Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 'Horizon 2026' strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- System Design & Optimization: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that handle high-volume transactions with zero downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all system architectures adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technical strategy and leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
