Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for cloud-native environments, microservices, and AI integration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Legacy Migration: Lead the strategic migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI model deployment strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Expert certification preferred.
