Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect and report damaged or defective goods
- Operate warehouse machinery following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload shipments and stage products for distribution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
