Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and 5S standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
