Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; update inventory systems in real-time
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Proficient in operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
