Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Load/unload shipments with accuracy while maintaining inventory records
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems) for real-time tracking
- Maintain organized storage areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid California driver's license required
