Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for same-day shipping
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized staging areas and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Generate daily reports for inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
