Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
