Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital inventory records
- Implement strict safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required
