Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support shipping/receiving processes and assist with cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
