Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory tracking systems
