Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following 5S principles
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
