Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using powered industrial equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling operations
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
