Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) following OSHA standards
- Organize and stage materials for efficient production lines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per 5S standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
