Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials
- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including occasional overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
