Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse layout for optimal workflow
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
