Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure operational safety
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accurate documentation and system entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards and improve productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
