Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks following strict protocols
- Maintain detailed inventory records using WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and scanning equipment with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
