Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory systems with precise record-keeping
- Operate warehouse technology including WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
