Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials, components, and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect, count, and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality compliance
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
