Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and data entry systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Support shipping/receiving processes and packaging operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
