Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against manifests and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance
- Operate material handling equipment in high-volume settings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong English communication skills
