Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Inspect and package materials for safe transit and storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyors
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check
