Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
