Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces following 5S methodology
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and digital tracking systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification and experience operating heavy machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
