Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments in our Atlanta facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for efficient order fulfillment
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and update digital records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique and equipment assistance
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error inventory accuracy standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
