Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational safety
- Support shipping/receiving processes and coordinate with carriers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
