Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and manual handling tools
- Prepare shipments for transport with proper labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
